Ameriie is back with an enticing new single, "Redrum." It's her first release since dropping her Drive EP in 2016. On the cut, the Washington D.C. native speaks of a woman who's seemingly void of feeling and has no problem playing men left and right.

"Only go down to come up, she only go down to come up / And she only drink that red, red, redrum / She don't care about your feelings / She don't care about your dealings / She don't care about your crying / She'd be lying," sings Ameriie.

After making some huge noise in the R&B world in the early 2000s, the talented songstress all but vanished, which she talked about during her last visit to The Breakfast Club.

"I know I disappeared and people are like, 'What happened?,'" she said. "It's because I don't really chase after fame. I don't really love red carpets. Maybe it's because of the OCD thing.  They just give me a lot of anxiety ... People ask me to do reality shows, but that's just not me. "

There also seems to be a video for "Redrum" in the works, seeing that Ameriie teased a few photos that match the single's artwork.

You can peep those photos, as well as the new single below.
