DJ Khaled has been kind of quiet since the new year. We should have known he was up to something. The We The Best boss revealed he was recently in the studio working with Chance The Rapper.

The social media gawd revealed the upcoming collaboration on his Instagram page, posting a photo of himself and Chance in the studio looking like they mean business.

"IM UP TO SOMETHING ALERT!!," he wrote. "Fan luv here's a update !!! @chancetherapper is in the booth ! FAN LUV REMEMBER EVERYTING TOP SECRET !! @wethebestmusic!!!! #DJKHALED NEW ALBUM IN THE WORKS!."

Below you can see videos of Khaled in the studio with Chance. Quavo, Travis Scott and Mariah Carey also joined the Florida DJ in the lab as well.

Khaled is refusing to rest on his laurels, after putting out one of the biggest projects of 2016, Major Key, which earned the Miami-based CEO his first No. 1 album.

He has also stepped outside of the music realm. In December, he was a guest speaker at Harvard University, where he talked to students about taking advantage of opportunities. “What’s so beautiful about life is that it’s an experience,” he told the students. “I want to let people know, if you ever fall, all you have to do is just get up and keep moving forward, you know what I’m saying? It’s about teaching the young world not to fall. Giving them the keys so they won’t fall.”

Khaled also recently partnered with Palmer's Cocoa Butter for their new line of lotions and was featured in a hilarious ad for the product.

Last week, he hopped in the video game arena, releasing his retro-inspired Secure The Bag game with Champs Sports.
