The rant, which highlighted Frank's phony outrage over his co-hosts not taking his forecast's seriously, was lampooned by Kimmel, who asked if Frank didn't seriously think he controlled the weather.

"I don't know if that's a five day forecast or two weeks notice!" Kimmel joked. "I mean he knows he's not responsible for the weather, right?"
