Magic 104.9 Gives Out Free Prom Dresses To People In Need in West Michigan
Today was a great day to help out our West Michigan community.
At least 100 people walked away with a new dress and/or accessories for FREE!
If you missed our Glam It Forward event, here is a recap that will give you a little taste.
Glam It Forward Event
On Saturday, March 23rd from 11AM to 3PM, Magic 104.9 and Lisha B partnered with our sister station, Mix 95.7 and Two Men & A Truck to give away over 1,000 dresses.

We had SO many dress from sizes range from 2 to 14. Also, thanks to generous donorers, we gave out different accessories and shoes too.
When I came to the event, there was a line wrapped around the Two Men & A Truck's Comstock Park location.

Did I start squealing? Yes. Were tears shed? Absolutely.
It was truly an incredible moment to witness and be a part of!
Watching all of the girls and their parents try on dresses and find the perfect one was the highlight of the day.
As I mentioned in our interview WZZM13, these special moments are everything.
"I want them to be able to have the time of their life and not have to worry about things. I also want the moms and dads to be able to watch their little girls have this moment because as a parent watching your kid find the perfect dress and get excited for it that, that means something.”
