Cinnamon is getting a bad reputation in 2024 since it has been recalled several times due to elevated lead levels.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has already issued three major recalls focusing on different cinnamon brands, but at this point, it is hard for shoppers to keep up, especially as the fall season grows closer.

So thank goodness for Consumer Reports.
