Panera Bread May Need To Pay Michigan Residents – Find Out If You Are Eligible
Panera is back in the news for another not-so-good reason (for them!).
Have you used Panera delivery within the past two years?
If so, you may have a payday on the way!

Panera Bread Settlement
Panera Bread is in a sticky situation! The company is facing a class action settlement.
If you have made a delivery order on the Panera app or website, you could be eligible to get money or food vouchers!
Panera reached an agreement to settle allegations from three different lawsuits. Yikes!
Between October 1st, 2020, and August 31st, 2021, the lawsuits accused Panera's "representation of its delivery fees and menu prices" as being "false or misleading."
The settlement website also shared that Panera has denied the alleged issue but has agreed to the settlement.
Why?
It seems to avoid the costs associated with the lawsuits. That makes sense.

What Should I Do If I Am Eligible?
If you are one of the lucky few, you have until June 10th to join the settlement.
Eligible customers should have received an email containing a code to sign up for the settlement.
Sadly, you are not eligible to join the settlement if you do not receive an email. Bummer!
If you did get an email, you can that provided code to sign up online. If you did not receive the code, you can download a claim form on the settlement website, print it, and mail it in.
