The Most Expensive House Currently For Sale In Grand Rapids

Everyday I scour the Grand Rapids real estate. I'm not only looking for a place to hang my hat but it's kind of fun too. There are many things to consider. Location, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms and garage space all have to be filtered through. Oh,  and then there's the price...

You might be aware of the short supply of homes that are currently for sale. Many articles have been written about how the pandemic has affected house prices. Prices are booming. The high cost of homes includes new construction too. Some homes have seen and increase in value of 25% and higher because of low supply.

Today, while I was looking through Realtor.com, I decided to change my filter and let the sky be the limit. How much does the most expensive house currently for sale in Grand Rapids cost? It's an easy $1.9 MILLION. Yep, that was MILLION dollars.

The house is on just a little more than a 1/2 acre. It boasts 5,342sqft. The home on 3748 Water Leaf Ct NE offers 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The house was built in 2015 and features a 5 car attached garage. It's a waterfront property sitting on a pond and located on a cul-de-sac. Set in the Forest Hills school district, it makes for a luxurious family home.
