These West Michigan Non-Profits Are Accepting Can and Bottle Donations

Don't want to bother with taking back cans and bottles? Some non-profit organizations in West Michigan are accepting returnable donations.

The State of Michigan temporarily suspended bottle return beginning in March to help keep the public and workers safe and slow the spread of COVID-19; however, bottle return starts back up again at most retailers Monday, June 15.

Some stores, like Meijer, have placed a $25 limit on returnables to start off with.

So if you are looking for other ways to unload your cans and bottles AND help out in the community, these groups will accept your returnables.
